1. Return Period

3. Product Damage and Problem Handling

After verification, we will arrange a free return or exchange and cover the return shipping costs. If a product develops a quality issue during use that is not caused by human error and is still within the warranty period, you can contact us for after-sales service. 4.Return Process

Return: After receiving our return authorization, please ship the product to the designated address as instructed. Please use trackable shipping methods and retain the shipping tracking number.
